Katrina Thoene graduated with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Ithaca College in 2014, earning Summa Cum Laude honors. She has experience in outpatient orthopedics, aquatic rehabilitation, and acute brain trauma rehabilitation, and has been a member of the American Physical Therapy Association since 2011. Katrina’s primary focus is the overall health and well-being of her patients, and her treatment approach is directed towards patient empowerment through education and personalized care. Her treatments include evaluation and correction of posture and disordered movement, hands-on manual therapy interventions, and specific exercises to achieve individualized goals. Kate has a special interest in rehabilitation of sports-related injuries, as she was a four-year collegiate varsity athlete in volleyball. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, playing volleyball, gardening, yoga, and traveling.
